1. User can request to delete account at any time.
  2. For this user has to inform us on the email address “(deleteuseraccount@swarnlata.in)” provided by us.
  3. User can request account deletion only through his/her registered email id.
  4. User has no right to request deletion of his/her own account through any other person’s email.
  5. Once the account deletion request is verified by the authority, all user data will be deleted from the server within 15 days.
  6. Once user data is deleted from the server, it cannot be recovered under any circumstances.
  7. User can request to cancel account deletion request anytime before 15 days, however, if account deletion request of the User is processed then in such circumstances the User’s request to not delete the account cannot be cancelled.
